Exciting news! Thank you all for your prayers! I just received word today that VA will allow me to change my provider to Carol at The Farm. I will go this afternoon or tomorrow to pick up medical records from the OB and will be going to The Farm on Wednesday for a regular prenatal. It is a huge relief to know that at least part of the cost will be covered. God is good!
On a side note, for those who are interested but do not attend our church and so would not have read the ad in the bulletin, friends from church will be hosting a baby shower for us at our home (we live near the church) on May 17th at 6:00PM, it is a family event and drop ins are welcome.
Consequently, we have registered at Target and Toys 'R' Us under Jade Chapman. We certainly do not expect everyone to buy us stuff, but since many have asked, this is the easiest way to put out info on what we still need for those who would really like to get something. Many of the items we need are listed on both registries. I will try to stay up to date on what has been purchased and remove it from the other registry if it was bought from one. If you have any questions you can always email.
Also, the due date that the midwife is going with is June 6. Of course, Savanna Zoe will come when she is ready, but she can be expected sometime around then!
We love you all and appreciate the immense gifts and blessings you have poured out on us in your support, prayers, and sharing of our lives! These gifts and blessings are truly the most wonderful kind.
